4th of March 2023 Outreach Report

We received donations from two new people this month, taking the list of donors to 5 (five). This month’s outreach took place at Gwagwalada, Abuja. So, without much ado, here’s the month of March 2023 Outreach Report.

Outreach Accounts

₦‎85,000 was received for the month of March 2023.

For the year to date, we have received ₦210,000 in donations. This is a significant increase from the same period in 2022.

Expenses:

👉🏼 10 boxes of Super indomie noodles with 40 packs in each box @ ₦‎5,400 per pack . . . ₦‎54,000.

👉🏼 9 crates of eggs with 30 eggs per crate @ ₦‎2,300 per crate . . . ₦‎20,700.

👉🏼2 packs of packaging leather @ ₦‎1,500 per pack . . . ₦‎3,000.

👉🏼A local security guard stipend . . . ₦‎3,000.

👉🏼 2 motor bikes carriage expenses . . . ₦‎1,000.

👉🏼 POS/cash withdrawal charges . . . ₦‎3,200.

Total expenses . . . ₦‎84,900 (about £91/$112)

Distribution

There were 400 packs of noodles and 270 eggs in total. These made a total of 200 packages each with two packs of noodles and one egg.

During the packing down process, some eggs broke. As a thank you for their support, the security man and two bike men also received some eggs.
